Common area emergencies would be the responsibility of the COA, please do not hesitate to call if you see issues after hours.
All unit owner maintenance items are at the expense of the individual unit owner. You may use any vendor you want for any maintenance related issues you are having with your home. SBS is also available if needed. Any time, labor, materials involved will be billed to you separately through SBS Management, not through the COA. Quotes are available for nonemergency maintenance.
